Thanks to the Rasmuson Foundation and their generous support, the City has been able to purchase equipment that helps beautify and maintain our community cemetery while respectfully memorializing Alaskans who have passed on. Former Seldovia Mayor Dean Lent is shown here on the new riding mower while another photo features the cemetery's utility shed to house the mower and other tools. We were honored to have Rasmuson CEO Diane Kaplan in Seldovia for this year's 4th of July festivities and Rasmuson's impact on Seldovia remains ever-present
