On July 13, 2022, the City of Seldovia sent out a press release inviting Entities to Submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Lease or Sale of Jakolof Bay Dock.
The press release, packet, and materials can be found on the City Website https://www.cityofseldovia.com/bids-rfps.
Entities are requested to submit their EOI via email to City Manager Rachel Friedlander at citymanager@cityofseldovia.com no later than Thursday, September 1, 2022, 3:00pm Alaska time.
All questions regarding this EOI must be received by Monday, August 15, 2022 at 3:00pm Alaska time. Questions are to be submitted to City Clerk/Special Projects & Communications Coordinator Heidi Geagel at cityclerk@cityofseldovia.com.
