On Saturday, March 22, former Chugiak High School standout Fischer Sims’ current college team, the Colorado Mines Orediggers, lost 13-10 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Metro State Roadrunners.

The game took place at Assembly Athletic Complex. This was their third matchup against the Roadrunners this season.

The Orediggers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 12 p.m. at Assembly Athletic Complex against Metro State Roadrunners.
