On Saturday, Feb. 1, former South Anchorage High School standout Emily McCutcheon’s current college team, the Western Washington Vikings, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Azusa Pacific Cougars.

The game took place at OC Great Park. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 4 p.m. at OC Great Park against Vanguard Lions.
