Emily McCutcheon, former South Anchorage High School standout, played on Friday, Jan. 31 in NCAA Division II softball game

On Friday, Jan. 31, former South Anchorage High School standout Emily McCutcheon’s current college team, the Western Washington Vikings, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros.

The game took place at OC Great Park. This was their first matchup against the Toros this season.

The Vikings’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 8 a.m. at OC Great Park against Azusa Pacific Cougars.
