Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska will host a "Teletownhall" this evening to discuss federal funding, programs, grants, and jobs affected by executive orders and recommendations from the Department of Government Efficiency. The event is open to all Alaskans who wish to participate.
The Teletownhall is scheduled for 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm AKST on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Participants can join by calling 855-756-7520 and entering extension 120665#.
During the call, Alaskans will have the option to listen or speak with a member of Senator Murkowski's staff to be placed in a queue for direct conversation with the Senator. After the event concludes, callers will have an opportunity to leave voicemails. The Senator's staff will review these messages and follow up accordingly.
"All Alaskans are encouraged to participate," stated Senator Murkowski's office.
