#ASDShineBright Watching student-made documentaries on the big screen and eating pizza at Bear Tooth Theatre after months of hard work... sounds like the best day ever! That's exactly what Rogers Park Elementary Caty McNeil and Rachel McNeil's sixth grade students did last week.
Students created team documentaries for the National History Day contest theme, Frontiers in History: People, Places, Ideas. This is Rogers Park's 15th Annual NHD participation, and the 12th Annual Bear Tooth Screening event!
Thank you to the parents who joined and helped serve pizza and Event Coordinator Adrienne who helped keep things organized everything for this enthusiastic group.
What a great moment for our students, we are so proud!
