#ASDShineBright Anchorage School District ELL Samoan Language and Cultural Liaison Ardis Mutini partnered with Pacific/Polynesian Community Leaders (PCL) to support Polynesian students in five secondary schools.
During the school visits, the PCL connected with Polynesian students about culture and values, the importance of having a positive attitude, and education.
"Attitude and education, matters," said Mutini. "It will help them go farther in life if they use it wisely."
