ASD observes National Hispanic Heritage Month by celebrating the histories, cultures and contributions of Hispanic Americans who have positively influenced and enriched our nation and society.

This program provides native Spanish speakers with the educational opportunity to experience their ability to speak Spanish as an asset. It allows students coming to Anchorage from Spanish-speaking countries to be role models in our community.
