City of Seldovia Invites Entities to Submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Lease or Sale of Jakolof Bay Dock
The City of Seldovia, Alaska is inviting entities to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the lease or sale of Jakolof Bay Dock in a manner that that still allows the dock to be considered a public facility by the State of Alaska. The issuance of this EOI is to identify prospective candidates who have the interest and competencies to lease or purchase the dock. Based on the outcome of the EOI, the City of Seldovia may hold additional discussions and release a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Expression of Interest packet and materials can be found on the City Website https://www.cityofseldovia.com/bids-rfps. Entities are requested to submit their EOI via email to City Manager Rachel Friedlander at citymanager@cityofseldovia.com no later than Thursday, September 1, 2022, 3:00pm Alaska time.
All questions regarding this EOI must be received by Monday, August 15, 2022 at 3:00pm Alaska time. Questions are to be submitted to City Clerk/Special Projects & Communications Coordinator Heidi Geagel at cityclerk@cityofseldovia.com.
