Remember to get your sport fishing license and King Salmon Stamp from the Seldovia Harbormaster's Office- 255 Main Street, Seldovia, Alaska. Then grab your rod and try your hand at casting in the Seldovia Slough for a nice tasty King Salmon for dinner tonight.
Are you planning to fish past the break walls (from a motorized vessel) instead of from the land and in the slough? Sign up for the Seldovia Chinook Challenge 2022 King Salmon Derby while you are visiting the Harbormaster's Office to enter to win a cash prize for the biggest King Salmon. There are plenty of chances to catch that big one during this month long derby, June 1st- July 3rd, and you can sign up any day during the event at the Harbormaster's Office. Once you catch that biggun', the Harbormaster's Office is also the place to be for your daily weigh-in.
