Of the 3,389 people living in Aleutians East Borough in 2020, 42.3 percent (1,433) were women and 57.7 percent (1,956) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC Alaska News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 471. In the 65 and over age range, there were 182 females and 199 males.
