Of the 251 people living in Clam Gulch CDP in 2020, 38.2 percent (96) were women and 61.8 percent (155) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC Alaska News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 30. In the 65 and over age range, there were 22 females and 54 males.
