Of the 1,469 people living in Cohoe CDP in 2020, 49.4 percent (726) were women and 50.6 percent (743) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC Alaska News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 79. In the 65 and over age range, there were 137 females and 143 males.
