Of the 898 people living in Ninilchik CDP in 2020, 43.2 percent (388) were women and 56.8 percent (510) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC Alaska News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 48. In the 65 and over age range, there were 78 females and 129 males.
