Of the 3,385 people living in Aleutians East Borough in 2019, 39.9 percent (1,352) were women and 60.1 percent (2,033) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC Alaska News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,613-to-970. In the 65 and over age range, there were 165 females and 153 males.
