Of the 227 people living in Clam Gulch CDP in 2019, 40.5 percent (92) were women and 59.5 percent (135) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC Alaska News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 78-to-54. In the 65 and over age range, there were 22 females and 40 males.
